Schedule of Events - Services
Example
Please note the example
shown below is for weddings contracted thirty days prior to the
event.
For those contracted closer to your wedding date, services will
be consolidated.
- Any Month day 1 • Meeting with bride
and groom to format final wedding plans (usually 2-3 hours).
- Any Month day 3 - Contract review completed
for all vendors.
- Any Month - day 8 - First draft of itineraries
available for approval by bride and groom. Site visits if necessary.
- Any Month - day 12 - Final changes for
itineraries due to Wedding Day Assistant office.
- Any Month - day 17 - Complete copies of
itineraries mailed to wedding party and families.
- Any Month - day 19 - Vendors contacted
with final details reviewed.
- Any Month - day 26 - Final vendor itineraries
sent out.
- Any Month - Friday - Rehearsal - Wedding
Day Assistant present.
- Any Month - Wedding Day - Wedding Day
Assistant arrives at ceremony site one hour prior to first vendor
and continues with assistance until the last guest leaves the
reception.
